Summerlin
Summerlin® is a 22,500-acre master-planned community tucked into the foothills on the western rim of the Las Vegas valley and is now home to over 120,000 residents. It’s situated just a few miles from the Red Rock National Conservation Area. This community offers a wide array of educational choices, an urban Downtown oasis, and the most diverse collection of housing in Southern Nevada. Summerlin is home to ten Golf Courses (both private and public).
